Autumn Comes to an End

Zesty oranges

Emerald greens

All these colours make me gleam

Frosty nights, I have to fight, against the chill that comes before light

Finally it's finished

Another season over

Next it's winter, Brrrrrrrrr!

Gather your leaves

Get your piles loaded with leafy ammo

Fire, defend your battle stations

The Golden Yellows win once again against the Emerald Greens

Autumn

 

Roses are red

Violets are blue

Paradise pink makes me blue

Emerald greens fall to the ground as I snuggle up warm and watch the colourful autumn sunset
