Frog Life Cycle

This week we have been writing about the life cycle of a frog. We then made a wee photo story and narrated it with Isabella's piece of writing. All of the children will have a chance to make their own frog movie, using their own writing.

Having heaps of FUN with our Science Experiments.

First of all we dropped 4 different coloured drops of
food colouring onto the milk.
Not sure what Bridie is looking for!!!
Then we put a cotton bud with wash-up liquid
into the middle of the dish.
We were amazed at what happened!!!

Map reading using our knowledge of co-ordinates.

Using Mr Cartlidge's map Henry, Liam and Morgan

Ben, Cody and Arthur were exploring
"The Lake District" in Great Britain.
Cassidy, Mia and Zara sharing their 'Map Reading' skills!!!
Troy, Levi and Jonathan were trying to find the street

Guinea Pig Visit

Thanks to Seb for bringing his pets in to visit on Friday!

Learning about Fractions

Fractions is an area where most of the children need to consolidate their skills. Once per week this term we will focus on learning  to identify fractions, add fractions, simplify fractions and find fractions of sets.
